Why brownfield

Power is the bottleneck. Old industry already has it.

A new connection to the Polish grid takes years. Former industrial parks, small distribution networks and heating plants already hold substations and contracted capacity. We put that capacity back to work.

From a map to a live pad.

Our first survey covers Warsaw, Poznań, Katowice and Kraków: 1,199 land clusters of 1 ha or more, and 213 campus-size sites of 12 ha or more.

Every substation, zoning plan and parcel around the metros, scored for power and speed.
Secure
We buy, lease or form a joint venture with the owner of the site and its connection.
Energize
Transformers, medium voltage and backup sized to the load, with the network operator on board.
Deploy
Operators bring containerized AI factories. Each pod lands on a pad that is already live.
